|To give an opportunity to lace makers
from many countries to come together each year for a week.|
During that time they share their knowledge about the centuries old craft with each other.
Visitors will have a chance to view not only work in progress, but also fine examples of finished bobbin lace in many styles.
Anyone who is interested in learning how to make bobbin lace, will be encouraged to do so by experienced teachers.
We trust that you will take home many pleasant memories from your visit to Gore Bay and we hope that you will come back another time.
